The short version of every policy below is: no surprises. Full figures and fine print are confirmed with your booking.
Rental Requirements
Renters must hold a valid driver's license and meet our minimum age requirement. Proof of insurance is required at pickup. Exact age minimums and insurance requirements are confirmed at booking.
Deposit & Payment
A refundable security deposit is required and held for the duration of the rental. Deposit amount varies by vehicle — your booking confirmation will list the exact figure before you're charged.
Mileage & Fuel
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance; additional miles are billed at the posted per-mile rate. Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with sufficient notice before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee — full terms are provided at booking.

We offer delivery and pickup across our service area, with airport and hotel delivery available. Contact us to confirm delivery to your location.
